How will they prove that it WAS used to alter this election? There's no doubt it is possible with the software but they'll need foolproof evidence to prove it altered this very election
You just have to prove that you CAN do it and there are mathematical and statistical impossibilities all throughout the states in which the software was used.
My hunch is they have their former Dominion employee (not sure the term for him, whoever she was talking about with Lou Dobbs yesterday) and/or employees who are familiar with the system + statistical analysis showing votes were manipulated after the "pause". I think that's why they're throwing around the 6% margin today. I hope there is more, but I think that's what they have. It might be enough, but I'm not sure.
If they have ANYONE who can testify that these actions took place HERE with direct knowledge, that's game over for the Dems. Let's hope this is the case. If the sketchy reports about seizing German Scytl servers are true that could also be game over.

Sidney told Lou Dobbs they had sworn affadavit from high ranking military officer who was in the room when smartmatic software design and requirements were laid out. They wanted software that could control vote winner. That sounds like Neffenger.
