Peter Neffenger made a deal, pretty sure. President of smartmatic, Obama's transportation secretary, former Vice Admiral in Coast Guard, and on Biden transition team. Sidney told Lou Dobbs they had sworn affadavit from high ranking military officer who was in the room when smartmatic software design and requirements were laid out. They wanted software that could control vote winner. That sounds like Neffenger.

I'm guessing they had him by the balls and he flipped, be a hero, or die in prison. Easy choice.
