That should be compelling.
"Oh golly gee this software was designed to defraud the public and has done so in the past! Nothing to see here!" Seems a weak defense of the system.
Id assume they are talking about the statistical evidence. I dont know if the affadavit + statistical evidence is enough. But I would think they have more up their sleeve that they arent letting out.

Friends. Item 15. It's called a secret ballot. It's a fundamental part of OUR electoral system. I am a huge Trump supporter but let's not have 9th graders making out content. - Now having said that, a system could be designed where a voter is given a record number issued at the time they cast their ballot that could both protect their anonymity and that they could use to verify exactly who their ballot was cast for.
We can preserve anonymity and verify that our votes are recorded correctly. Why isn't this a feature of our system already? I can only think of one reason. Preserve the ability to cheat.
And I am not talking about some new blockchain/encrypto, super scifi, AI technology. I am talking about the uniqueidentifier data type that has been a feature of Microsoft SQL Server databases for many years.
Blockchain is not super scifi whatsoever, its incredibly easy to implement and would make this whole process possible from your office at home. They dont want to do it because it eliminated the ability to cheat.
You need to understand that most people aren't blockchain-literate (including me) so it feels like being asked to trust another black-box computer system because "no, really, trust us this one's not like all the other ones that have been used to steal your vote to oppress you, promise."
I do understand but I have also seen a lot of posts here talking about how complex blockchain is and am hoping to get additional information out there so we can as a group start to understand there is very little complexity. Its a giant public ledger that enables anyone to look and see exactly when a transaction (or in the election the transaction would be a vote) was made. It leaves no room for fraud and where fraud potentially exists a simple audit would eliminate it.
Imagine you get a letter in the mail with a qr code, you scan that and it takes you directly to the voting website where you type in your matching identification code (think voter id #), you place your vote, and that vote gets logged on a public ledger. Every single person in the United States would follow this process and every vote is tied to an individual person there is no machine counting or swapping votes, its all there for public viewing.
"Blank" ballots, "Secret" ballots and "rejected ballots" are all grouped in the system that then is later switched to biden. this is what was going on. They then created situations where ballots would fit into these edge-cases and then the system would mark and sort them into different buckets they then can use to switch them all later.
Now you know why they gave markers to trump supporters, so their ballots would go right into the switch buckets by the ink causing processing issue

So all the Dems have to do is create a bunch of fake people in a database and log all those votes in electronically.
