Exactly! We can't change the past but we can reset our country now back to the constitution and We The People so that election integrity is restored and we can start draining the swamp ourselves.

Set every state & federal law back to pre Hoover/CFR days at the very least.

All current state legislatures should decide if what they a have at that time needs to be updated or modified. Many state will need strike out multiple laws that have been updated, but it is a good start.

I would be happy seeing every state & our federal government reset to strictly the constitution of each state & of our nation. It will take much more to get to that point unfortunately.

If we’re looking for invalid laws can we start with the NFA?

14
undef 14 points ago +14 / -0

So long as we also remove U.S.C. Title 18 section 922(o) while we are at it...

Obummer's legal propaganda law for msm should be blown back to hell.

We're probably going to find out the 30 year decline was due to uniparty rigging elections for 30 years.

12
NC_patriot 12 points ago +12 / -0

Well, we had 8 years of an invalid presidency...

11
uzi5v2 11 points ago +11 / -0

I think we might find out it was more than that.

So I've said before here that my Old Man was a Die Hard Conservative Democrat. One of his favorite Quests: Sunset Law Legislation. Every law expires 10 years after it's passed. Medicare, SS, Murder, All of them. Why? He hypothesized if you could keep the crooks repassing legislation that was indeed necessary, they would be too tied up to pass new and useless legislation. Not a bad idea, would love to see a group of 435 lawyers in the House scrambling to pass their favorite pet legislation.

We should definitely take a look at abortion, immigration, gun restrictions, taxes, welfare, etc.

I can't honestly say it's given them a better government, though.

6
nerdly1234 6 points ago +6 / -0

I was wondering this too. If we've had provably illegitimate elections for the last decade at least, wouldn't that mean the laws passed by said illegitimate politicians, are null and void? Imagine how much of our rights have been eroded in the last 20 years and we could just roll back to pre 9/11 rights based on fraudulent elections.

6
maddog20 6 points ago +6 / -0

Probably the NFA

6
Nalgahyde 6 points ago +6 / -0

Not only this but all the laws that were the result of liberals pushing their agenda through courts packed with liberal activist judges. Liberal ideas are not popular enough to garner a 51% vote of the population. Laws need to be legislated in Congreess where we can hold them accountable and not by liberal activist judges that hold lifetime appointments and fear no accountability.

6
TAIWANNUMBERONE 6 points ago +6 / -0

There are many "laws" that don't even exist, like duty to flee.

6
Lurking-My-Life-Away 6 points ago +6 / -0

Bring down the ACA! Completely unconstitutional.

6
Monty_Cello 6 points ago +6 / -0

Simpler question: Just how many American laws are invalid due to contradiction with the Constitution and thus are void as per Supreme Court precedent?

5
nomoreprinkles 5 points ago +5 / -0

Likely every single gun law

5
SUPER_DAVE_PATRIOT 5 points ago +5 / -0

Obama was illegitimate for multiple reasons!

they don't even bother making laws anymore now. they just use their governorships to decree shit into existence

4
LibertyCat 4 points ago +4 / -0

This is an important question that must be answered and the issues resolved. Don't we have to get past this whole election theft thing first though?

4
bluto36 4 points ago +4 / -0

basically everything from 1996 on

4
StaryHickory 4 points ago +4 / -0

All of them. There is no legitimacy in a government that is not even properly elected.

4
YourTendiesWillBurn 4 points ago +4 / -0

How many are invalid because they don't follow them themselves?

4
DutchDelight 4 points ago +4 / -0

Time for a truth and reconciliation committee.

4
HighVoltage 4 points ago +4 / -0

The National Firearms Act of 1932 is a good place to start the investigation.

1
Paul_Revere 1 point ago +1 / -0

We can get the ball rolling by abolishing the ATF.

4
independentbystander 4 points ago +4 / -0

Just a hunch, I'd say A Lot of those "laws" are invalid.

If that's the case, I'd like to see all of the Drug War BS and all the "probable cause" search/asset-seizure laws bundled up and shot into space.

>If police have to resort to drug-dogs or taking blood/urine samples by force from DUI suspects, they are trying too hard. Also, they should not be giving DUIs for yesterday's Benadryl or doctor-prescribed medications.

Another prime candidate for the launch-pad: Roe vs. Wade. The 14th Amendment has been abused for many purposes, but this is one of the worst tragedies of Judicial Activism imaginable.

It's probably too much to hope for, but I would also love to see all of Worst 0bama's "executive orders" and Leftist Agenda policies nullified (his failure to submit a valid birth certificate/proof of citizenship should be grounds enough, but if if if if if his "election" was proven to be as fraudulent as he is- that should seal the deal.)

UnderCoverTrumper 4 points ago +4 / -0

this occurred to me in the shower this am. and I smiled and smiled and smiled.

4
Barabbas 4 points ago +4 / -0

If it is not in the bill of rights, it is invalid.

3

The dying wish of George Washington was to outlaw political parties.

A single AMERICAN political party.

It would fix EVERYTHING.

This may not be popular, but it's going to be none.

Once an election is called and the winner (or "winner") is sworn in, they are legitimate from that point forward.

Just because the US has the best system, doesn't mean it's perfect.

In some jurisdictions, a recall is possible if the person is proved to be a slimeball too late, and indicting or charging them is a possible remediation if they can be tied to a crime.
