That might be true but it still means a whole lot to the court system and these two could be charged for lying to Congress under oath, as it stands now if they’re not this whole thing is pointless grandstanding. Not saying Cruz isn’t trying it just very unlikely these two will get more than a slap on the wrist for all the crimes they’re committing
