But if principals could act like CEO’s fire teachers not doing the job or not following the game plan, hire those that do, expel and bar the kids that are a plague (sorry, this is true, some kids are so bad they infect others). District 7 isn't just Baltimore, it has part of Baltimore city and a majority of Howard county which is huge.
