That's Baltimore, for ya. And every other urban area. They're entrenched in the Democrat plantation. They keep voting for the slimeballs, who don't do anything but enrich themselves and ask for money to keep them afloat because they refuse to change what they're doing.

It's an endless cycle and, apparently, the residents like it that way.
