Lin Wood indicated Kyle is safer in Kenosha than elsewhere. He said the Sheriff there is a good guy and has his back. I don't know if Lin was just referring to extradition or if he also meant Kyle could be a target if he makes bail.

Wasn’t the narrative of the left to extradite him to WI in order to seek a harsher sentence ? Or have I misunderstood the news ?

I don't really know enough about it, but Lin Wood, in a recent interview I heard, was pretty dismissive of the concern about Kyle's extradition. The large number of people of Kenosha who came out for Trump seem based, so I think you could get a fair jury there.

Could you link to Lin’s post ? As we know the majority of America is based and yet we still didn’t have a fair election, what makes you believe that kyles jury will be fair when it comes down to it, it would be very hard to find people that A. Haven’t heard of the events or. B Have heard of the events and still kept an open mind. I honestly believe if Kyle goes to trial in WI he will face life unless pardoned.

Sorry, I don't recall who was interviewing Lin, but he was asked about Kyle as kind of an aside and he then responded. It was not something I read in a post. As for the jury in Kenosha, there are more people there who are appalled at the rioting than there are people who are okay with it. Good lawyers will find those people during voire dire.

Don’t be, at least that’s some good news I hope it for the best of Kyle no matter what happens. Sorry do you mean the jury has been established for Kyle’s case or the majority of Wisconsin are against the trial ? Sorry no where near a legal expert what does voire dire mean ?

The jury has not been selected. Voire dire is the Q&A process through which juries are selected. Both the defense and prosecution have a prescribed number of strikes of potential jurors. For example, a defendant who has been accused of robbery might want to strike potential jurors who have been victims of robbery because of potential bias. During voire dire, attorneys look to see if they think they can establish a positive connection with potential jurors too.

Okay Thankyou for the update do you not think it will be near impossible to find people who wouldn’t already have a strong opinion on Kyle ?

Yes many people have misunderstood the news, so I'll break it down. This is a TLDR version mind you.

The "incident" took place in Wisconsin.

After the incident, Kyle went home to his residence, in Illinois.

He was arrested in Illinois after turning himself in, as a fugitive from justive in Kenosha.

His extradition hearing was used as a delay tactic to move his extradition later to help give him a fair shake. He was ALWAYS going to be extradited, this was a defence delay tactic. Too close to the election.

He faces no charges in Illinois.

He has been extradited to Wisconsin.

He may be locked up, but I feel it's for his safety. Can you imagine if they let him go? The news would go off the rails and the narrative would be changed.

I have a feeling he will be set free once things settle down and Trump wins back the presidency.

There is no greater power than the lord we pray for Kyle and his family, we trust the lord will protect him.

The narrative does not matter, the truth does not matter what stories the left tries to brainwash us with we will not succumb do there indoctrination we will stand strong in our faith and beliefs, I know trump will pardon Kyle but he does not deserve another second in a cell.

I was unaware of a petition to help, I tried to search for a way to get him out but all I could find was news on the events that took place on the night of the incident & regarding to his current trial. Thankyou for the update jake.

Here's the link to Kyle's fund https://www.givesendgo.com/GUCZ

The person responsible for starting this actually posted on /pol/ and confirmed that they are responsible for it and also told us about the obstacles that they are facing. He updated the campaign in real time when asked. They had problems with Discover and other CC companies but it seems like the problem was temporary, and they went around Discover. This fund is going to Fightback and I donated to GiveSendGo for Kyle a couple of times.

If Kyles case is determined in favour of the democratic agenda it will set a precedent, one that we would be hard pressed to accept or overturn. Kyles bail is set at $2M, not a single person from CNN too Newsmax will deny 70M+ people voted for Trump. If only 1% of patriots donated as little as $5 he would be able to pay for bail as well as litigation up to the value of 1.5M+, We have everything to gain yet everything to lose.

As for how we fund this cause we obviously can not go through the typical platforms such as ‘Go Fund Me’ and the like. I believe the best route to achieving this goal would be through either Lin wood himself, or the Trump campaign. However I do not know if this would be a conflict of interest and I would like some advice from my fellow pedes thankyou. I also understand our bail efforts will not guarantee an innocent verdict however if Kyle who IS INNOCENT, gets to spend quality time with his family and have a greater chance of clearing his name there is almost no price I would not personally pay. Stay vigilant & keep up the good fight my fellow pedes.

Also legal proceedings like his case tend to take time. Not like others, also leftist judges stalling tactics. Fear not he will be a millionaire and walk free

Indeed however the bail is only 2M that is nothing us pedes couldn’t gather up between us. I know he will be compensated for the crimes committed against him however I would prefer he did not spend any more time locked up.

I look at it this way, he is safer in there than he is out here, where Jesus can look out for him, they have already gone after his family, can you imagine what they would do to him!

Jesus, god, the Holy Spirit are the greatest forces this world will ever know, I believe he is safe as long as we keep him safe in spirit and in physical protection. I do understand where you are coming from and, I love seeing a brother in Christ speaking his mind, Thankyou.
