It's the case that has to power to vitiate the election process on a broad scale. It will be the case SCOTUS picks up. I am not a lawyer but maybe this is the strategy.

nope. doj has been gathering evidence 4 years. that executive order is what up. within 45 days these departments have to produce a report of election interference on a number of levels.

This exactly. Trust the process President Trump put in place to defend against this fraudulent election.
I read that EO and wondered about the 45 days. That is Dec 18 and doesn't the EC meet before that? And do I trust the heads of these departments? No.
It said "no later than 45 days" meaning it could any time up to Dec. 18th. Also it's to be provided by head of DNI, aka Trump-loyalist John Ratcliffe.
This is bigger than Sidney but yes, she is one of the very big chess pieces being played. I feel like it is tied to Flynn in a way.
