Declare that you MUST be present anytime you wish to be. If the doctor's office you are going to wont let you in, you and the wife need to walk out, and go else where. Until it hits their pocket book, they will not change. I promise you, you WILL be able to find somewhere you will be allowed in. Whether that is a midwife, or private clinic, etc. Stand up for yourself, your wife, your baby, your family.
