Why even bother speaking to these dishonest companies anymore? The time for talk is over. It's time to simply revoke their 230 protections and move on.

Ted admitted on Crowder that they can’t do anything and it would take years to do anything substantial. https://youtu.be/lfvqwT6n3qI 23:30 mark

Companies are too big:/ plus if you revoke 230 Facebook and Twitter would have to immediately shut down because they can’t risk having millions of people post something that can bring millions of lawsuits on them. All this is even more true with google.

I know we hate them, for good reason, but it would send this nation, and more into a frenzy if these companies shut down, esp over night.

These companies know it, they know the government knows it. So the have the government by the balls. Plus if it were to happen it would send the left into true literal wat against anyone they oppose because they will take it as dictatorship censoring us, despite the fact that that’s what’s going on towards us.

The senate are getting together on the 19th, Thursday, as far as I know to look at 230. Hopefully something will happen quickly.

That commie motherfucker needs his 230 revoked. They're making millions off of that privilege.

If I were Trump I'd have his servers seized for election tampering until they can prove otherwise in court

Seriously, not just trying to shit on Ted. Every time they go before congress and nothing happens to them makes them stronger. I wish Ted or anyone would at least demand or subpoena any internal communicates related to suppression, and tech details on internal mechanisms for it. At least make their lives miserable getting this info together.

I'm just frustrated at these senators having these sound bite sessions, not doing anything because they are scared of being deplatformed themselves and not getting big tech pac money, then telling us to go to parler so they dont have to do anything.

Even at CPAC Don Jr was talking about stopping deplatforming, but the douche from the GOP was talking about data portability so you can switch platforms easily with is dogshit.

Interesting to listen to Dorsey. He has the half-witted answers of the progressives I've met. But it seem to me that he messed up here. He was answering questions that he is within policy. So in other words, he is approving of Twitter's behavior. In the past, these guys blamed it on algorithms.

They just went full double-down for their Chinese overlords and it didn't work. Their "algorithm" could have been changed between the time it started censoring election fraud tweets and the time they were called out. Now they have to defend it.

As tiresome as this is, it is most likely a necessary step in having Ajit revoke their 320 protection. Some of you people-managers get this. Before you can kick some jackass out the door, you have to document their failures. It protects you and the company from scurrilous lawsuits. This looks like the final performance review after 3 warnings. That's my assessment. Hope it's correct!

Ted you faggot, how about a subpoena asking for all the inside communications regarding this, or how their censorship engines work? Bullshit like this, and nothing coming of it from their last hearing only emboldens big tech.
