They (D) are accurately representing their constituents. Their constituents do not want to have to defend or explain their failed and critically-flawed policy objectives in the free marketplace of ideas. Therefore, destroy the marketplace, crush dissent, and everyone lives in a magical, communist utopia.

The freedom of speech is there to protect speech that another may not want to hear and maybe doesn’t agree with.

It isn’t there to protect UN controversial dialogue.
