All they have to do is flag his account to never get censored, it's not hard. He needs to look at other accounts tweeting the same thing at the same time to see if it's true.

The real problem we have here is that it shouldn't require being dragged in front of congress to get censorship removed. It shouldn't happen in the first place and there shouldn't even be systems in place to remove anything but the most egregious violations, like porn and doxxing and shit.
Anyone just saying something or linking to a website or w/e should never be flagged or censored for any reason unless you want to admit to being a publisher.
The real boss move would be for Cruz to later reveal that he'd already had someone else tweet these same things a week ago and they'd been labeled! It's pretty obvious they're being careful not to label him like they usually would just because he warned them he was going to do this.
