If you are released and not deemed a threat anymore then you don’t lose your God given rights. He went to jail for gun possession in New York too so if you are on the side of the state of New York over the Patriots’ just because he is black then I don’t know what to tell you.
He’s a convicted felon so he no longer is able to carry a firearm, right? Anyways, maybe his lawyer will be able to overturn his conviction.
