Actual lawyer perspective. Courts were never set up to do phone and/or video conferences with large groups like this. This happens all of the time now with COVID restrictions and use of calling systems. Somd courts better than others. Nothing to read into the call going bad. Just stop reaching on that front. Most of us believe this judge, as an Obama appointee, will agree with the defense, at which point Rudy and team will appeal. Lawyerpedes correct me, if I'm retarded.
In short, they are saying the plaintiff is not presenting a case that belongs in the court. It’s a b.s. argument, but a typical go-to for the defendant in a preliminary hearing as an attempt to dismiss. You have to argue something.
If a plaintiff can get ruled as not having standing, it's an easy-out to dismiss the suit without a trial. An appeal would have to then show how there was legal standing but the lower court ignored it, or misinterpreted the law.

I believe that states suing other states and other foreign states suing us states or federal government. Other than the above mentioned examples the Supreme Court has appellate jurisdiction over everything else. That means all other legal matters must originally be heard by the appropriate lower court.

Technically it's not treating "ballots" the same not "votes" the same. And this is one reason why having more than one type of ballot is also unconstitutional. Things like "absentee" "Mail" "electronic" etc shouldn't even lawfully exist; there is one paper ballot at the polls; the ballots never leave the polls (drive through parking lot is ok if the parking lot is part of the poll) so chain of custody of the ballot is never lost.

When some counties allow “ballot curing” and others don’t, that can easily be interpreted as discrimination between voters. All voters must be treated equally. If some voters have their ballots invalidated because of a missing envelope, but other voters with the same issue are alerted and allowed to come fix their votes to have them validated, that is blatant discrimination.

If a plaintiff can get ruled as not having standing, it's an easy-out to dismiss the suit without a trial. An appeal would have to then show how there was legal standing but the lower court ignored it, or misinterpreted the law.

There are only a few legal cases where the Supreme Court has original jurisdiction. It’s been a few years since I last took a law class (obviously not a lawyer). I believe that states suing other states and other foreign states suing us states or federal government. Other than the above mentioned examples the Supreme Court has appellate jurisdiction over everything else. That means all other legal matters must originally be heard by the appropriate lower court.

These state courts are stacked with activist Democrat judges that tend to rule with feelings. Not law. The supreme court now has 5 constitutionalists. We have the advantage.
Where do you think district courts are HQ’d? Where are the problems and corruption? Democrat cities. The local jurisdictions won’t do shit. You have to get in front of a circuit court or SCOTUS to have a chance at getting results.
