it doesnt matter what happens itll will be appealed by whatever side that loses and itll eventually work its way to the supreme court this is just step one of that process
Well (correct me if I'm wrong here) you can't appeal a case that gets dismissed by an activist judge so it does matter very much what happens. Our boy Rudy needs to successfully convince the judge not to dismiss the case, which the other side is fighting for.
no you're right but a judge cant dismiss a case when they're are as many affidavits and witness testimony as there is
i mean they could but they would essentially be saying that everyone is lying and perjured themselves
Hm, maybe they could say that what the witnesses testified wasn't amounting to fraud or improper treatment or whatever, so not doubting the witnesses, but dismissing the content of their testimony as irrelevant.
also possible but with the amount of witnesses it would be impossible to say that they are all irrelevant
regardless this is all formalities it will be appealed to the supreme court eventually now the issue is will the supreme court pick up the case
1 reason to assume they wont is that the case is not large enough to change the outcome of the election
however if they do pick it up its game over for the DNC

I retract my comment, dismissed cases can be appealed in some cases but I'm not knowledgeable enough to know when or if it's appealable in all cases.
