This hearing is just for show people. They fully expect it to be dismissed at which point they will appeal to the Supreme Court.

She backed out because she hadn't listened to the arguments. I wouldn't want to judge a case that I hadn't heard arguments on.

she's doing her job That's why she recused on that one particular case. There's no chance going forward she's going to recuse on this...
