Is this a Democrat run court that we're basically expecting to get dismissed by, thus forcing us to go to a higher court (like the Supreme Court)? Are we just going through the motions here?
I’m not even listening to it but that’s what I was expecting. I think in the end it’s going to come to the supreme court one way or the other so no matter what gets decided here it’s going to be appealed. So in my opinion it doesn’t matter what they say. They don’t have the final say so anyway.
