To paragraph 129 I say hallelujah to secretary (someone's name.) What is wrong with advising voters that their mail in ballots were rejected so they can go to the polls and correct?

Citing some law now about voting in person provisionally - mushy audio again.

That is a problem? Hardly!

It is a problem when its only done for one fucking side!
