Here's merely stating what, to me, seems obvious. He is of course prepared to lose some cases at the lower levels due to Democrat judges. But we have a majority in the Supreme Court, and so we have the home team advantage there.

Don't forget what the article stated. Gore was winning in the Florida Supreme Court in 2000 due to a liberal-leaning court. The U.S. Supreme Court reversed that and ended the endless recounts, handing the election to Bush.

Stakes are higher here though, right? I mean, honestly, how different would a Gore administration have been from a Bush one, as far as the deep state was concerned? This one is literally good vs. evil.
