You actually don't catch colds from being out in the cold. Colds are caused by viruses not cold weather. The reason colds/illnesses are so prevalent during winter is the fact that everyone stays inside so much where viruses and bacteria are easier to spread. Plus, vitamin D is highly linked with our immune systems and is much more important than vitamin C in preventing illness. So get out there and enjoy the cold weather my friend :)
