The Malls killed the downtown with help from others, Walmart et. al. already put a serious whack on smaller businesses inc mom & pops and now Amazon is eating Walmart's lunch.

What to really watch for is Alibaba or another Chinese company eating Amazon's lunch. The Government regulations around wuflu are a heavier load on Mom & Pop stores and restaurants than Amazon or Walmart are.
