Edit: watched the clip. What the fuck dude?

28
BecMonTchew 28 points ago +28 / -0

He touched her shoulder, tho, so I don't think he's trying to avoid physical contact.

8

6

13

Is it possible he's playing a long game?

(I think it's more likely he's playing all sides and will swing whichever way the money blows.)

30
pepperconchobhar 30 points ago +30 / -0

Don't forget that he was BFF's with McCain.

McCain was the one who had the Steele Dossier hand carried to the FBI for delivery.

So...

Yeah. Graham is swampy.

I've been watching the whole Obamagate bullshit carefully to see if McCain's part ever comes up. So far, not a peep. McCain and Graham were uber close. I'd be shocked if Graham didn't know about the Steele Dossier before the FBI did.

2
istrucktheboard 2 points ago +2 / -0

I do remember reading very early on that the dossier was oppo paid for by McCain but then sold onto Hillary and her machine when he failed to get anywhere.

I haven't heard this recently, so I guess it was either bullshit or right on the money.

7
HockeyMom4Trump 7 points ago +7 / -0

He is. He was also pretty tight with Hillary and McCain. I think Lindsey needs to go in the next primary. He’s been around too long and has skeletons in his closet.

  1. If he doesn’t greet her: “who does he think he’s fooling.“

  2. If he does greet her: “I knew those guys were up to something.”

We probably agree on everything else, but I just don’t think it demonstrates anything.

Graham is going to regret backstabbing Trump and his base (again).

He was the biggest warmonger / swamp creature for years (after McStain). Did enough to win support to win back his seat. But will get lamb roasted for this betrayal (not how he likes it though).

Fuck you Graham. I hope you hang with the rest of the traitors.

This- in my life I've made a point of letting people I dislike know that I have no love for them and would like them to steer clear of me. I'm never initially vitriolic but I'm very laconic. "You're generally unpleasant and I don't enjoy being around you," can hurt a person way more than hauling off and calling them a name. Especially if you can state it calmly and as a matter of fact.

Patriots vs. Commies

We have brothers amd sisters across vast oceans who love freedom as much as we do. Not to mention north and south of our borders. The world needs us...just not in the way they're trying to jam down our throats and up our asses.

9
DesertYote 9 points ago +9 / -0

Your right. Taiwan, Japan, and Korea are in real danger. I'm certain that the CCP will be taking advantage of the civil war that seems to be on the horizon to make their move. For the past year or so, they have been making regular incursions into Japanese territorial waters. Some of these have been actual war ships not just "fishing" boats. The freedom loving world is depending on us.

2
minotaurbeach 2 points ago +2 / -0

You think Gram is a Globalist??

2
DesertYote 2 points ago +2 / -0

At this point, I'm not sure. OTOH, I'm pretty sure he is a statist. What bothers me most about him is how well he works with Democrats. The problem is that Marxists and now Globalists always work both sides of the equation. His strong national defense stance appeals to right wingers and conservatives. But he likes to meddle in the affairs of other nations. I look at the Democrats and the right wing Republicans as holding either end of a rope. It appears as if they are in opposition, but in reality they are just keeping the rope taught as they both walk in the same direction, dragging everyone along to a statist hell.

What started as Marxist/Statist has now been brought under the control of Globalists. To the Globalist, Marxism is a means to an end. I'm still working this stuff out. But I am pretty sure the the CCP is just a partner in a much bigger thing. They are not completely autonomous in their actions but are taking orders.

48
MuadDon 48 points ago +48 / -0

I guess not enough caught the Kavanaugh hearings. Harris and her Dem cohorts ruined a man's reputation over falsified claims THEY CREATED/ENCOURAGED, yet the GOP Senate (SWAMP AF) didn't mind. In fact, they're just "muh colleagues." Uniparty hack Graham just got elected for another 6 years, good job SC! What, were you expecting the RNC to primary a maga candidate against an entrenched swamper? Then when it didn't happen you plugged your nose and voted Graham? Another 6 years! Cornyn, same story. Who else? Too many.

He has, but Trump knows that he needs the Senate and House to get things done. So he needs to keep them close, if he attacks them, then Trump will be fighting alone in DC. If you watch Trump closely, you would see that he sing praises about everyone, even the people he doesn't like. However, if those people go out and attack him, Trump attacks them. examples - John Bolton, Omarosa, Mad Dog Mattis...etc...Trump sang praises about all of these people first, and then when they turned on him, Trump started attacking them. There are plenty examples like this.

OP u/GunToast when was this? Thanks

Barkumo 60 points ago +60 / -0

It means they're friendly with each other, which they shouldn't be. Not only are they from opposing parties but Graham pledged $500k to Trump's legal fund, meaning that he is making the claim (lying) that he believes Biden and Harris used voter fraud to try to win the election. This should make Harris an extreme enemy, especially with her communist rhetoric. Why would Graham be friendly with Harris? Because she is an ally, they are both uniparty swamp. This is exactly what President Trump has been fighting against and it shows that Graham only pretends to be a republican when it suits him.

19
p8riot 19 points ago +19 / -0

500k is an insult he got him reelected. He donated more to the Senate race in GA.

6
jomten 6 points ago +19 / -13

It could be just being polite.

I hate when the left does this shit to us, tries to read bad intentions into something little like a handshake or nod.

If we have something real then fuck him but lets stop trying to alienate every republican who isnt 150% in lockstep with us.

Democrats are 200% against us. So ill take someone thats only 10% with us, just make sure we give the ones who stuck their necks out for us the most at the end.

23
Barkumo 23 points ago +24 / -1

No, context matters here. If this were happening prior to the election or several months after, I'd agree that it was just being polite. In the middle of unprecedented voter fraud it looks beyond suspicious.

How real do you need it to be?

Example 01

Example 02

Example 03

Example 04

etc.

Graham has been making empty promises for Trump's entire term as President. South Carolina is incredibly red, another republican could easily take his place and actually help the country instead of only pretending to do so.

2
JohnBrennansACommie 2 points ago +2 / -0

2

I agree there. A few points:

-OPs title is intrinsically a fallacy; she is not the VP-elect. -Its literally just a fist bump. Trump shook Obama's hand at the inauguration and we know they hate each other. It's simply being diplomatic. -Graham has been fighting this whole sham tooth and nail and even donated to the litigation fund. Follow the money, not the actions.

My two cents.

Upvote this. No one elected this Indian from a slave owning family as the vice president.

26
Gmoney1036 26 points ago +26 / -0

I’ve explained this to so many black friends of mine. Kamala is the fakest person in politics when it comes to relating to minority groups. She pretends to be black while ignoring her slave owner heritage. She also has created more slaves within her “community” but again she ignores this.

I also think he's probably gay. Also it's the least of my concerns and literally nobody would change their votes to repub or dem if he decided to came out. Nobody cares about this but Lindsey. I only want him to be MAGA to the maximum and stand up to the deep state.

Also before mods ban me, I'm gay as well so I got the pass to say that (and so does everyone).

2

Anti-2A Dems in a Republican primary?

13

Nah in the recent November election, he didn't have a challenger in the primary.

Also during primary everyone was circle jerking over Graham 2.0

9

Even Trump was supporting Lindsay in the primary. Pick your battles I suppose...

1
Ask_If_Im_A_Cactus 1 point ago +1 / -0

Correct

I don't like this one bit BUT Lindsey knows they'll come for him too. He's a "republican" and he's gay. The firing squads will be there for him too.

Could be a little double agent work, not like he hasn't done that before.

Not promising, but not the end of the world. Let's see what happens.

South Carolinian here. I agree. People here bitch about Washington and how it needs to change and then turn around and put the same people back in... year after year.

I didn't vote for Graham in the primaries, but you bet your sweet ass I did over Jaime Harrison in the General.

5
PursuitOfTruth 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yeah I used to think that as well, "voters put the same people back in".

Do you think the ballot stuffing that happened with the 2020 presidential election is something new and never happened before?

Do you think your vote actually went to the person you voted for?

2
SlickWillie 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's a good point. The voter fraud could definitely spread further than the Democrats. I imagine any swamp creature has his/her hands in that process.

2
deleted 2 points ago +2 / -0
1
JohnBrennansACommie 1 point ago +1 / -0

And that is how he keeps getting elected. Last time there were three or four other candidates and they all split the vote so swampy could slide right back in.

Of course the republican party loves it because they are controlled by swamp monsters (McConnell & McCarthy) and they work against every single candidate that tries to replace him.

And that kids is how you get a permanent stranglehold on power where the only one that loses is the American people!

At this point they should issue each taxpayer a Washington Generals jersey.

14
Earloakridge 14 points ago +17 / -3

Yep.

He did the minimum he had to do without creating a an issue. Had he left her hanging, she would get a lot of mileage about how he disrespected a black woman.

Notice he didn't stop to chat. He got out of there as quickly as he could using the old "pat on the back as I swoop by" move.

11
deleted 11 points ago +12 / -1
4
Earloakridge 4 points ago +8 / -4 (edited)

If I knew it would avoid a weeks worth of the media using "White GOP disrespects black woman VP" so they could further draw attention away from the real issues with this election, then yes, I would absolutely do the bare minimum and respond in kind.

Why give them something to distract everybody with? Sometimes the preferred course of action, based on emotion, is counterproductive. Especially when there are far bigger battles to fight right now than a stupid fistbump.

Its perfectly OK to think "FUCK KAMALA HARRIS" and simultaneously take a course of action that considers the bigger picture.

4
horus_falke 4 points ago +6 / -2

Agreed. Why create an issue right now that the media can focus on to draw attention away from the real fraud issues with the election?

If he had left her hanging we would of had a week of media coverage about how the "white GOP" disrespected a black woman blah blah blah.
