Hate on the guy for being civil? Ok... go for it (hijacking thread, not replying to Alpha)

Civility is one thing, camaraderie with someone as vile as her is quite another.

Depends. Some people have been doing fist bumps in lieu of shaking hands.

I do not know if either of them have been doing that. But I do know one guy from california who was doing fist bumps.

Edit: watched the clip. What the fuck dude?

BecMonTchew 28 points ago +28 / -0

He touched her shoulder, tho, so I don't think he's trying to avoid physical contact.

8
DocHolliday1776 8 points ago +8 / -0

if it weren't for the shoulder touch... Senator Graham has defiled himself.

6
SpezDispenser 6 points ago +6 / -0

Probably let him tap it.

JamesBlomey 6 points ago +6 / -0

A based Lindsay would reference her participation in the next session as junior senator from California, not president.

13
istrucktheboard 13 points ago +15 / -2

Is it possible he's playing a long game?

(I think it's more likely he's playing all sides and will swing whichever way the money blows.)

pepperconchobhar 30 points ago +30 / -0

Don't forget that he was BFF's with McCain.

McCain was the one who had the Steele Dossier hand carried to the FBI for delivery.

So...

Yeah. Graham is swampy.

I've been watching the whole Obamagate bullshit carefully to see if McCain's part ever comes up. So far, not a peep. McCain and Graham were uber close. I'd be shocked if Graham didn't know about the Steele Dossier before the FBI did.

2
istrucktheboard 2 points ago +2 / -0

I do remember reading very early on that the dossier was oppo paid for by McCain but then sold onto Hillary and her machine when he failed to get anywhere.

I haven't heard this recently, so I guess it was either bullshit or right on the money.

I mean, really. For those of us who have been around for a while, absolutely anyone that would take Ms. Graham seriously as an ally, would have to be seriously brain damaged.....Lindsay Graham has one pet cause - Lindsay Graham.

7
HockeyMom4Trump 7 points ago +7 / -0

He is. He was also pretty tight with Hillary and McCain. I think Lindsey needs to go in the next primary. He’s been around too long and has skeletons in his closet.

AstronoMink 6 points ago +6 / -0

This is why can't drain the swamp...

We must nuke it.

Because a swamp is a swamp that will refill every time it rains. But a scorched earth is another thing entirely.

2
crowsfury 2 points ago +2 / -0

Of course. Politicians will align themselves with the winning side. It happens all the time. The RINOs are just waiting for Trump to be gone.

3
Dr0neRec0very 3 points ago +6 / -3

Lindsey Graham must have lost 90% of his support when Fux News sunk. xD

The people who are trying to destroy our democracy? This isn't some libtard NY Times article, these people are trying to destroy you and your families birthright. These people need a bullet, justice is too merciful.

36
SeekerReport 36 points ago +36 / -0

PREACH. Say it again and again and again. People need to realize how deep this goes and understand that we have NO HOPE without force.

Treason is SUPPOSED TO BE punishable by death. Apparently, people don't care about that anymore.

12
ScreamingEagles 12 points ago +12 / -0

It's complicated.

36
Magafactured 36 points ago +41 / -5

Yeah, I don’t trust Flimsey Graham, but appearing friendly in front of your enemies is Art of War 101.

  1. If he doesn’t greet her: “who does he think he’s fooling.“

  2. If he does greet her: “I knew those guys were up to something.”

We probably agree on everything else, but I just don’t think it demonstrates anything.

Ballind 57 points ago +57 / -0

This was right after they voted together to block Trump's nomination for the fed.

He first bumped her after he fucked Trump.

39
TheCanuckIsHere 39 points ago +39 / -0

Graham is going to regret backstabbing Trump and his base (again).

He was the biggest warmonger / swamp creature for years (after McStain). Did enough to win support to win back his seat. But will get lamb roasted for this betrayal (not how he likes it though).

Fuck you Graham. I hope you hang with the rest of the traitors.

BecMonTchew 22 points ago +22 / -0

Is that the context here? Fucking disgusting.

Whose nomination are you referring to?

PITA Feinstein had just finished proposing that the Senate not consider ANY of Trump's federal appointments since he's now a "lame duck," and they followed that by approving THREE appointments sent to them for confirmation.

22
Qualmow 22 points ago +22 / -0

Bah. 'He has to play the game...'

Bring back men who will not cozy up to their enemies and stand/speak plainly against what is not right.

The more we entertain the idea that everyone has to play in crooked games, the more it warps are perspective of what is just and true.

12
FOUR_MORE_TERMS 12 points ago +12 / -0

The left sure as fuck doesn't play any games. We just make excuses. We defend ourselves from imagined dog whistles while the left spouts nonstop racism and calls for violence. I'm over it.

7
Qualmow 7 points ago +7 / -0

I agree.

9
Likelinus13 9 points ago +9 / -0

This- in my life I've made a point of letting people I dislike know that I have no love for them and would like them to steer clear of me. I'm never initially vitriolic but I'm very laconic. "You're generally unpleasant and I don't enjoy being around you," can hurt a person way more than hauling off and calling them a name. Especially if you can state it calmly and as a matter of fact.

5
Qualmow 5 points ago +5 / -0

This world needs more of that.

That is how I was raused. And you are right; a calm weighty reproof is usually much stronger than a passion driven name calling.
