I dont doubt it.

Its sort of a known Secret that the only reason California's legislature is blue is due to Democrats suppressing Republican and Right Leaning Independent votes with the torrent of Democrats fraudulently winning.

If a 3rd party independent auditor was to be task to make sure the vote count is impartial. CA flips within 2-3 years.
