Think about nutrition interms of physics. Every atom your.body is composed of is there because you ate/drank it at some point in your life

Your body makes nothing. It can only rearrange food into pieces of your body. It you dont eat vitC you cant make collagen, you also need copper.

You brain structure is 60% saturated fat. No fat no brain

I got bad brain fog couldnt think. Leaky gut went to the bathroom all the time. Slow healing. Lethargy. Red meat is your friend

thanks! ive been veg my whole life. 26 now. think I’m b12 deficient. have a lot of neuro symptoms. would really appreciate any help/diet advice at all. thanks friend

Look into the Gundry diet. The lectins in many staple veg foods, like beans, cause lots of inflammation. I eat much more red meat than he suggests. Fatty grassfed meat is the best. After eating 8oz of grassfed steak, i felt great and had no rejection to it. It takes a bit to get use to texture changes but it goes away fast.

Also in regards to the Neuro issues you could look into the Wahls diet. She reversed ms with basically the paleo/keto diet. You need the saturated fat to make the myelin for nerves, as well as vitD. All the b12 wont help you make myelin if you dont have the saturated fat to make the myelin
