The elites want a stupid and dumb peasant-class. White people are not stupid and dumb. Unfortunately, as (they once were)a majority in these countries, so some of them are in the peasant-class The easiest way to fix this(Since they do indeed need a peasant class) is to lower the population of whites, in the ways above said, or at least to mix them disgenically so they aren't so smart anymore.
