I recovered from COVID. It was like a mid-level cold. No lung symptoms. Worst part was being stuck inside away from my family when I felt fine.
When I am no longer immune, I will skip this unless my health status changes. I would like to see this out for a few years. If I was 95 or had a serious issue that outweighed the risk of the disease I would consider it. My husband's aunt has severe COPD, I think she should get it.
My 70 year old mom, and 75 year old stepdad also had it. They are both pretty unhealthy, and it still didn’t effect them much. They only found out they had it, because my stepdad went to the hospital for his diabetes. When they found out he had Covid symptoms, they suggested he and my mom both get tested. Turns out they both had it, and it just felt like a regular flu, and went away in 2 weeks.
