To get the third, you have to jump a motorcycle off a car-carrier, and then jump roofs to the north, and finally east until you end up on top of the theater. It's on the south-west corner of that final roof.
But i already have 16 memory cards.... So this isntin order.... Meaning unless i started out followingthe guide i have no clue if one isn't appearing(from a glitch) or i already got it until i find all 982 memory cards.... And if it's glitched i wasted all that time, and if not i have to start again and follow the guide from the beginning just to be sure i check all 999 spots......
Ffffffuuuuuucccccckkkkkk.......(exact reason I've never bothered with the Stones of Barenziah, actually my last playthrough i haven't grabbed one so I could follow a guide and finally get it easily.... But fuck Skyrim anynore)
