The Kraken turned out to be a dud, Sidney Powell said it was already released a week ago, and its basically stuff we already knew except for a new affidavit from someone who says they saw Dominion used in Venezuela. But no hard evidence or bombshells that we thought would turn the tide.

GA is about to certify their fraudulent vote and are basically just ignoring the letters telling them to do a proper audit. Kemp needs to call a special session, but he's the only one that can do it, but if he did he will incriminate himself so thats probably not going to happen.

Why aren't they including it in the lawsuits? Seems like a waste of time and money not to include major evidence. I guess they could be waiting to release it for some reason?

I don't really know anything,. I just work in insurance, so take this with a grain of salt. I think, once results are certified, they've veritably committed fraud with no way out. At that point, everything can be seized. Maybe this is why it is taking longer. Again, I just work in insurance.

Lawsuits are limited and narrow in scope. You don’t add dominion evidence to a lawsuit about observing counts. PA doesn’t even use dominion. Not related.
This is not a criminal prosecution.
To be honest. These lawsuits are meant to buy time.
