Observers are a horrible way to keep an eye on the validation process. All counts should be done in teams of two made up of a partisan observer from each party. The system in place is a joke. Having someone stand even six feet away while ‘observing’ ten counters is pointless.
Doesn't the SCOTUS to to agree to even take the case first?

I want to be clear, I'm not dooming here. I have suspected a multi-pronged challenge to the election from the beginning, of which this one has always felt like a distraction.
That said, I can't believe the only angle the administration is counting on is the notoriously fickle SCOTUS.
FWIW: PA Supreme Court is 5-2 Lib. So the vote was party line. So good to know conservative justices bought it. We should win 5-4 in upper court.
I heard reports that the two Republicans said the case was moot.
