Redefine "Cruel and unusual punishment".

It used to mean stuff like being flayed alive, crucified, brazen bull, blood angel, scaphism, rat torture, keelhauling, impaling, or being boiled.

Electric chair, firing squad, hanging, injection are all RIDICULOUSLY humane comparatively.
