it's the weakest strategy imo. women are either attracted to you or they aren't. no amount of spending money on them or "hoping" will really change that basic fact.
if anything not spending money on them and not trying or expecting to get in their pants will make one more attracted to you in my experience.
simple solution: don't spend a bunch of money on a girl in hopes of sleeping with her.
