For example, just look at the Governor's who are blatantly ignoring court orders with zero consequences or enforcement (et al - Whitmer, Newsom, etc)

So, after weeks of lawsuits here and there by various government and private authorities, at the of the day what it boils down to is what it has always boiled down to: physical force and who is willing to use more of it.
