A signature is analog, first of all, objectively it's different every time you sign something, secondly to a computer it's different every time period, there has to be some threshold for a match. Even signing a piece of paper, then running that through a xerox and presenting both of those to software won't result in a 100% match.
I know that, I am not advocating for just setting it at 100%. What I was arguing that a baseline should be established before the election and deployed everywhere. And then, it should not be something you can overrule and just lower it just because.
