Any jurist should look at what the intent of the law was which is clearly to enable observation of canvassing. If the intent was just to let observers be in the vicinity of canvassing, then the law serves no meaningful purpose. Clearly that's not the case

You bet. It was reported on by the Epoch Times. I was mistaken on a minor detail. It wasn’t the signatures they ruled didn’t need to match, it was the ballots also didn’t need post markings. But it was indeed this court that unconstitutionally made those early rulings on election laws in PA.
