Any jurist should look at what the intent of the law was which is clearly to enable observation of canvassing. If the intent was just to let observers be in the vicinity of canvassing, then the law serves no meaningful purpose. Clearly that's not the case
Youโre absolutely right. Everyone keep in mind that this is also the same court that said it was ok for ballots to come in 3 days late and not have verified matching signatures.
