Any jurist should look at what the intent of the law was which is clearly to enable observation of canvassing. If the intent was just to let observers be in the vicinity of canvassing, then the law serves no meaningful purpose. Clearly that's not the case

I seen people saying that they might go with the majority to save face. I could see Roberts doing that if he knows the other 5 will anyway.
