Anyone see Glenn Beck interview with Alan Dershowitz? He basically said the only path to victory Trump could have is getting Biden below 270. The only way it happens is the states not certifying their elections or enough legal victories in said states putting aside the certification (with massive luck). His reasoning was above my non lawyer head. He said the litigation would take almost a miracle to work even with the amount of voter fraud evidence he has seen.
Now that killed me, until I watched Leigh Dundass explain in layman's terms the exact implications of Trump's EO in 2018 with his declaration of emergency and election fraud, with asset freezes etc.
Then it hit me. This is the plan all along. Make it so as soon as a state knowingly certified election results, each and everyone of those that do become vuneralbal to federal prosecution with asset seizures. So rock, meet hard place.
I know everyone wants a gotcha moment where Trump rolls in before the election results and rounds up all the big players into jail and all rejoice. But that's a pipe dream. This way, he gets relected, no low level goats get sacrificed to protect the real players, and the chance of getting them is still in play.
Trump is playing 3...4...5...6 DD chess people (yes that's double D baby). This is the only chance for victory.
And none of those facts diminish the fact that he is one of the foremost experts on constitutional law. If you believe his political leaning might be clouding his judgement, then maybe watch Viva Frei and Barnes who also say similar things, though neither are constitutional law experts. It doesn't always come done to strictly political leanings and we need to really get away from that nonsense. And no matter what you think of Beck, he simply just asked the question, don't understand what that has to do with anything.

For these three reasons, I don't put any credence into what B or D said.

Alan dershowitz has been pretty solid on calling out liberal bs the last couple years
