Was Dominion software used in the 2018 Midterm Elections? If it had been called out, couldn't Trump have had both the House and Senate on his side for the last two years?

I hate to think how much avoidable evil has been done by the Democrats in the two intervening years. Why did Trump only point this out when it was affecting his own personal re-election?

Here in Socal I watched +3 or +4 Republican congressional election day victories slowly drop drop to a democratic win over a week or so in 2018. It is possible
