Was Dominion software used in the 2018 Midterm Elections? If it had been called out, couldn't Trump have had both the House and Senate on his side for the last two years?

I hate to think how much avoidable evil has been done by the Democrats in the two intervening years. Why did Trump only point this out when it was affecting his own personal re-election?

Hillary didn't want to contest it because things might've been discovered then,

She did try to contest it via Jill Stein, the problem is every recount they did Trump's margin got bigger.
