Yet these courts will create rules for when ballots can be received after Nov 3 if mailed in.

Also it is clear that in order for observation to be meaningful the person observing must be able to see the action being observed. By their logic they could have the counting take place in a football stadium and the observers in the nosebleed sections at the opposite end of the stadium and that would be okay.

Using that logic being in the same state at the time the votes are counted would constitute oversight. This is Middle School wordplay b*******. If they wanted to make sure everyone knew they were a joke, they were successful.
