State legislators have the right to generally ignore the results of the voting of citizens of their state and appoint those who they deem necessary to the Electoral College.
Why is Constitution written this way? They just left tyranny. Saw it firsthand. they knew it would eventually occur the election's published results would have nothing to do with how the citizens voted.

None of that matters if Vos doesn't have a spine. And I'm not impressed with his current decision making.
