Gina Haspel was CIA London head at one point. All too close with the UK intel gang that very nicely helped Strzok and the gang with the dossier. She was supposedly blocking the release of material on the dossier too. Had all the time to get it done, but did not. Does that sound like she was on the Trump team?
I don't trust Haspel one bit.
They served a purpose, whether they were good actors or bad actors.
I am well aware who Haspel and Wray are and I'm well aware of what their dogma and motivations are. You will not need to convince me that they're the enemy.
I just don't think Trump held back from firing them to trap them. I think it was a political calculation and that he realized firing the FBI and CIA directors would be damaging politically, especially when the enemy controls the narrative.
Why they are still there as of this moment, I'd love to know.

There are many facets to strategy. In order to make up the public, the bad guys had to be shown to be doing the all the nefarious acts. Therefore, I have always believed that our side were willing to allow for a certain level of casualties among innocent lives.
