I'm all for this plan. What does "election district" mean here? Does this mean a single precinct? I no longer live in PA but i have two Trump loving parents i might be able to talk into this, and im sure they know a neighbor who they can get on board. Theyre all poor af, but i can front $150. If we did this in just 100 districts, or hell, 1000, in central PA (lovingly referred to as pennsyltucky), and we find this dominion fraud the whole state would fall.
We dont need every precinct, just enough of them that, if the theories about dominion are true, we expose it and give ammo toward a statewide audit. 100 republican precincts, $15k

So $150 per precinct (at least 3 voters with $50 each) and 9,100 precincts across the state put the max price tag at around $1.4 million. The only issue is that each recount would be overseen by the county judge. If the state supreme court keeps shooting down the Trump campaign I highly doubt these county judges (in the counties that matter) will conduct a recount in a legitimate manner.
A lot of the fraud appears to have occurred in heavily Republican districts. If that's truly the case, it may be very fruitful to recount votes in certain districts. There are too many balls in the air for me to take a shot at what would constitute those districts. There are also much smarter 'pedes than me here, so hopefully some PA supernerds will step up.
My argument that I'm already getting shit for for some reason, is that this is still better than nothing. And it's very minimal effort/money. At the very least, it gives them something else to worry about.

As far as I understand, it's individual precincts. But I don't believe we can't find 3 people and $150 in every precinct in PA.
