The live feed showed that not only were there additions and subtractions of votes , it shows how the votes counted were not in whole numbers but votes had decimal points with numerical values after them. ONE VOTE = 1. THERE ARE NO DECIMAL POINTS IN VOTE COUNTS. IS VIRGINIA STILL USING THE 3/5TH VOTE RULE BUT INSTEAD OF BLACK AMERICANS HAVING 3/5TH VOTES LIKE IN THE PAST, REPUBLICAN VOTERS ARE COUNTED THAT WAY. THIS IS OBVIOUS FRAUD BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY VOTES SHOULD HAVE ANYTHING BUT WHOLE INTEGERS. THIS IS FRAUD , FRAUD , FRAUD.

True. But Freitas was beating Spanberger until the day after the election. They found a flash drive in Henrico County marked provisional ballots that miraculously made Spanberger win. That’s why she was yelling at the other Democrats on the conference call. The liberals redistrict our district to include more democratic areas. Freitas was an unknown here.
