Instead "Voter Integrity Project" had to rush to set that operation up in the week after election - and it took them a while to get the funding.
They could also have arranged for friendly cameras around these hotspots - in the 20/20 hindsight it was pretty obvious as to where the hotspots of fraud would be. How hard would it have been to have staked out a half dozen facilities where the counts for hundreds of thousands of votes would take place? Instead random citizens have to keep an eye on the doors.
How about even just making sure there are a few loyal monitors embedded into these election oversight teams at the critical locations (and I am not talking about observers)
