The software is not open source, wich means there's no way to know what is programmed to do (without a court order to see it).

No need for a malicious QR code, when the software can be changed and the machines are networked and connected to the internet...the results can be exported, altered and imported back and the logs scrubbed to hide the steal.

I'm not a hacker...but It could be done fairly easily...especially if the Dominion software owners are in on the rigging.
