Governor Kemp up to his eyeballs in corruption regarding the Dominion voting system. He doesn't want that system to be blamed for a fraudlent election.

BOMBSHELL: I called elections officials in Georgia to ask whether the election night numbers OR the recount numbers will be officially counted for the election.
Officials told me they will only certify election night numbers, even if the numbers do not match.
Yeah, it is just sad how many people are okay with clear cheating in an election. I was thinking that today how many Democrats down ballot are completely okay with cheating taking place in their election.
These people have no honor or moral compass, nor do they have any love for our country. I cannot imagine winning something knowing, cheating was involved. How do these people look themselves in the mirror or their voters..
I think it's funny most of them are communists too. "YOU CAN'T PROVE THAT SOROS RIGGED IT SO YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING AND EVEN IF YOU CAN PROVE IT THE COURTS WILL THROW IT OUT, VIVA MARX!". And then they cry about their student loans, car loans, loans for their loans like the world owes them more than a bit of lead.
I looked into this and here's their reasoning: right now what they are doing is a statistical audit. Normally in these situations they hand count a small percentage of the votes to see if they match the machine tallies, and if the numbers are within a reasonable range of accuracy, then they assume the original machine count was accurate and call it a day.
This time around, they decided to just
recount the whole batch by hand, because in order to achieve the level of statistical certainty necessary to verify an election is closed you have to recount a ton of us anyway. In the event that the hand count is statistically close enough that the machines can be trusted, they defer back to the machine vote, because assuming the machine is not rigged, it will more likely be accurate then hand counting votes.
If however, the difference is large enough to actually flip the election, that would indicate a high probability of fraud and I don't know what happens from there, but I guarantee it won't be certified for Biden in that case.
By the way Trump could still call for a recount even after the election is certified, but that would just be using the machines and it would be pointless. I still have not found a reason why they are not looking at the mail-in ballot envelopes themselves.
In any event, assume there are no weak links in the chain of custody, if the hand recount comes out close to the machine count, that would mean that Dominion voting machines were probably not fraudulently used in the election. But again that assumes a solid chain of custody. It does no good to do careful hand counts if some government antifa dude decides to enter in data which is close to the original fraudulent count in the first place. The entire process needs to be scrutinized very closely.
Dems against Dominion in Georgia just tells me that they weren't in on that particular scam. At this point I'm betting that cheating is entirely part of the swamp's game. Campaigns count, but it's also about who cheats better.
This isn't a black pill though. There are good guys out there. It's just that the swamp crosses party lines...and there's a lot of in-fighting.

We don’t give af about if you’re on D ticket or R ticket. These MF’ers like Kemp, who apparently have high stakes in Dominion, are the problem. We want to legitimately MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. I’m beyond frustrated and sick and tired of the powers that be working to separate us as Americans. The greatest lie thus far alphabet companies have trained you to believe is that it’s US be US. When really it should be US(A) v Traitors (People that want to fill their own pockets with money and other benefits. Not sure why you’re so downvoted. It’s true. All the sudden people act like RINO’s don’t exist. The democrats had inside knowledge that the machines were compromised, and they started speaking against it, because they were afraid it would be used against them.
This is a very good point! Many of the Republicans I have talked to are very reluctant to place any blame on dominion. I believe they are either corrupt themselves or they are afraid of the political backlash of this election being their fault.
Its also worth noting, though, that Georgia still used electronic machines before dominion but they didn't have a paper receipt. It's possible Democrats wanted to keep the old system because they has more control over a paperless system. Since Kemp has ties to dominion, he might have been given assurance he would keep his seat if he bought their machines.
