Unfortunately this is the only way. We need 100% transparency. Why do we need these electronic systems anyway. Just keep it local, open and transparent. Paper ballots, that are counted that evening in public at each voting center. The results are put on a board, and then compiled from that public view. No secrets. Get rid of mail in voting. Absentee voting is done in person earlier than normal. If you don't think that your vote is import enough to be there on election day, then make plans to get it voted on early in person. Fraud by design. The democrats implemented their usual city fraud methods and rolled them out Nationwide via mail in.
All of your methods would help reduce fraud exponentially, as well as the much needed voter ID.
Yes, VOTER ID also. I would even go for a purple finger on election day. Especially if I can pick the finger :)
